    1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IC PARTNERS BELUX B2B platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services

    IC PARTNERS BELUX provides distribution of Romanian meat and dairy products to registered business customers, primarily serving shops in Belgium and the Netherlands. This platform is intended exclusively for business customers and resellers.

    3. User Eligibility

    The platform is available only to registered corporate customers. Registration must be manually approved by IC PARTNERS BELUX. Private individuals are not permitted to use the platform.

    4. Orders and Payments

    All prices are listed in EUR. Payments must be made by bank transfer after receipt of the invoice. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    Orders are delivered within a maximum of 3 working days using IC PARTNERS BELUX’s own refrigerated vehicles. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

    6. Returns and Complaints

    No product returns are accepted. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

    7. User Conduct

    You agree to use the platform solely for lawful business purposes and not to misuse the services or disrupt operations.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    IC PARTNERS BELUX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content on the platform, including text, images, and logos, are the property of IC PARTNERS BELUX and may not be used without prior permission. 

    10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
